A Beachfront Paradise Boutique Hotel is an beachfront B&B settled in quiet area of Playa Agua Blanca-25 min drive from Puerto Escondido. The entire Villa has seven rooms and one two bedroom suite. All our rooms: Ocean, Moon, Turtle, Beach, Sunrise, Breeze Rooms and Star Pavilion have either king-size beds, double beds or a single beds. One of the rooms - a Turtle Room has a kitchenette, four rooms: Ocean, Turtle, Sunrise and Breeze Rooms and Casa Alebrijes suite have air conditioners and all the rooms have refrigerators, fans, Smart TV, lockers and strong Starlink internet service. Casa Alebrijes is two story suite, with king-size bed on the first floor & queen size bed on the upper floor. There are bathroom & showers on each floor and a full kitchen on the first floor. There is an ocean view from windows on both floors. The upper floor includes ocean view jacuzzi. A sofa in the living room can be turned into a double bed.
A strong daily ocean breeze allows the upper two rooms: Moon and Beach Rooms to function well without air-conditioners. All the furniture in the room are custom made from the local parota wood. The open air Star Pavilion is opened from October till April. Enjoy a newly built modern bathrooms with a shower and hot water. Experience a luxurious stay in our rooms, suite or open air pavilion; which can be booked individually or as an entire villa. Relax by the pool, under the palapa or in our hammocks surrounded by the garden and palm trees. Enjoy our shaded beach beds at the beach, which is just steps away. Our shaded Beachfront Club located at the coconut palms offers cold drinks, chairs, tables, hammocks and strong internet signal. Full breakfast, home-made lunch and dinner are available on demand. The internet service at Beachfront Paradise Boutique Hotel is provided by the STARLINK satellite. The internet speed test at our facility shows over 100 Mbps in download and 30 Mbps in upload mode.
3. Check in:
Check in time is 3 PM and check out 11 AM. Let us know if you need extra time and we will try to accommodate you.
4. Air conditioners:
There are fans in all of the bedrooms and air conditioning in some of the bedrooms: Turtle Room, Ocean Room, Sunrise Room, Breeze Room and in Casa Alebrijes suite. Fans in the apartment are very efficient. You really don’t need to use AC since there is a fresh and cool ocean breeze circulating throughout the rooms.
5. Meals:
If you are interested we will prepare for you a charming breakfast at the dining room or on the pool deck with our Polish hospitality and a perfect European attitude! A free breakfast may be included in your rate, please check your reservation. A lunch and dinner are also available should you choose such an option. We also cater to vegetarian diets. You can find our menu at our restaurant’s website at: www.casadepierogi.com A selection of Mexican & European beers, as well as other alcoholic beverages, including wine, mezcal and Polish vodka are available for purchase at very reasonable prices from our bar. No outside alcohol is allowed to be consumed at Beachfront Paradise Hotel.
The food, which your host Basia (a short from Barbara) will prepare for you is home made, fresh, affordable and will amaze you.
6. Restaurants:
Playa Agua Blanca has dozens of seafood restaurants nearby for enjoying an authentic Oaxacan meal featuring Ostiones (oysters), shrimps and Huachinango Diablo (red snapper) and drinks and they are within the range of a 5-10 min walk.
7. Cleaning:
Your stay does includes two cleanings a week, daily maintenance of pool and garden. Feel free to let us know if you need to schedule an additional cleaning. The cost of additional cleaning is 250 pesos.
8. Purified water:
A free drinking water is available anytime at the dining room.
9. Washer and dryers:
Washing and drying service is available at the resort on request. Please contact the cleaning personnel.
10. Pool:
We have chairs at the pool and you are free to move them around as you like but put them back at the end of the day. Also bring the pool towels back to your room after you leave the pool. There are special color pool towels in the bags in each room.
11. TV:
Smart TV sets are in all the rooms to be used with your online applications.
12. Quiet Hours:
The house rules are that quiet time is between 11 pm and 7 am.
13. Parking:
You can park your car at the rear or front entrance. Parking is free of charge.
14. Shopping:
The closest convince store is 5 minutes walk to the right from our hotel. There are also small stores along the main Delfines Street. There is more stores and small markets in Santa Elena, a town two kilometers from us. In Puerto Escondido you have two big supermarkets: Chedraui and Bodega Aurrera. For local flavors and the true PE atmosphere, head to one of two markets: El Mercado Benito Juárez or Mercado Zicatela, where dozens of comedores serve fresh fish and shrimp, soups and antojitos at ridiculously cheap prices.
15. Restaurants in Puerto Escondido:
In nearby Puerto Escondido you can go to our favorite Rincon de los Almendros Restaurant & Grill on Rinconada. El Viejo is another good restaurant we would recommend. For breakfast/lunch you might chose very friendly Los Alebrijes, traditional Mexican home cooking by Letty located on Rinconada. We also like Elephant Garden which is on Zicatela and Alivo restaurant at La Punta. On Bacocho visit Club de Playa Villa Sol, which combines food, drinks, swimming pool and Bacocho beach experience.
16. Beaches:
Our Playa Agua Blanca is located south of Puerto Escondido and is known as one of secretly hidden beaches. You can surf, swim and also watch turtles hatching and the whales breeching. When you spend a few nights at our Beachfront Paradise villa you will practically have the beach to yourself and you enjoy sunrise, sunset and the evening stars. In Puerto Escondido visit Carrizalillo beach. It is our favorite beach and one of seven in town. If you are interested in the sea turtle preservation site is just 5 minutes from our hotel at Playa Escobilla. Puerto Angelito beach or Mazunte Beach are worth to visit to take surf lessons, take a boat tour is watch dolphin, turtles, go for fishing and watch whales (in season). You can also go for the horse trip at Puerto Suelo.
17. Massage:
We offer for our guests a relaxing massage and deep massage. It requires an advance arrangement. 18.Transportation:
We offer transportation to Puerto Escondido Airport and from Huatulco Airport. Airport transportation is available for a higher rate. We would recommend a car rental if you want to be busy traveling around but they available at both airports.

20. Living arrangement:
In the first tower, we have the Ocean Room, Moon Room or Star Pavilion. Each has its own en-suite bathroom. The Ocean Room is on the ground floor and contains a king size bed. The Moon Room is directly above, on the second floor, and contains two double beds. On the terrace, we also offer the entirely open-air Star Pavilion (available seasonally, November through April,) with a king-size bed under the stars.
The Turtle Room on the ground floor of the Second Tower with a king-size bed, an single-size bed and kitchenette, and the Beach Room on the second floor with a king-size bed.
Our beachfront house contains the Breeze Room, with a queen size bed. Above the house is our Palapa Terrace, accessible to all guests, with delightful hammocks and guaranteed ocean-breezes.
The Sunrise Room with a breathtaking ocean view is located between the swimming pool and Palapa House. It has a queen size bed, AC, fan, refrigerator, smart TV & private bathroom.
Casa Alebrijes is a two story suite, with king-size bed on the first floor & queen size bed on the upper floor. There are bathroom & showers on each floor and a full kitchen on the first floor. There is an ocean view from windows on both floors. The upper floor includes ocean view jacuzzi. A sofa in the living room can be turned into a double bed.
Your welcoming hosts live on the premises in the other part of the Beachfront house.
20. Beachfront Club:
Our shaded Beachfront Club located at the at the beach under the coconut palms offers cold drinks, shaded sun beds, tables with chairs hammocks and strong internet signal. Self served cold beers and other drinks from our, based on the Honor system, beach bar is possibly the only such a place in Mexico.
