- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).
- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation cover due to lockdown = It protects you and your travel companions in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the Governments/competent authorities.

Villa Isa is a splendid property set in the prestigious complex of Porto Rafael, among the hills of Monte Altura, overlooking the waters of the Maddalena Archipelago and just a few kilometres from the town of Palau. The construction of the property dates back to the 70s and reflects the unique architectural style typical of villas on the east coast of Sardinia. Quality materials, refined furnishings and the character of the interior make it the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday. The villa, on just one floor, follows the conformation of the hill on which it is built with two outdoor living areas: the first on the portico and swimming pool and the other at the back with a barbecue and a raised terrace from where you can admire the alluring panorama of sea and granite rocks: the ideal spot to spend evenings in good company. The property is set among the green Mediterranean scrub, characterized by holm oaks, myrtles and Sardinian granites that rise up all around offering evocative views. Restaurants, shops and every type of service can be reached in a short time, as well as the splendid beaches and the numerous cultural and naturalistic attractions that the territory offers.

Interior:
Villa Isa has just one floor. A long paved entrance leads into the living room with tv and connected, via a large French window, to the covered veranda furnished with a lounge area (which leads to the swimming pool). Two small ramps of stairs on either side of a lovely fireplace, in the centre of the living room, lead to the dining area, higher than the living room, to the kitchen with direct outside access to the barbecue area, and to a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. From the dining room a corridor leads to a hallway with wardrobes and chests of drawers where two double bedrooms, sharing a bathroom with shower, are located. Air conditioning in the bedrooms (mobile air co in the twin bedroom).

Park:
The park is completely fenced and protected by large bushes of Mediterranean scrub, holm oaks, junipers, myrtles and other typical plants, which grow all around the property for about 2000 sq m. On the east side of the villa, in front of the living room, is a covered veranda facing the swimming pool and ideal for fully enjoying the outdoors. At the back of the villa is a patio with built-in barbecue, and with steps leading up a terrace from where you can admire the extraordinary panorama of the Maddalena Archipelago. Both outdoor areas are suitable for dining or for just relaxing.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located a short distance from the villa, down just a few steps from the covered veranda and easily accessible from the surrounding garden. Bean-shaped, the pool is 6 m long with a depth of 2 m and is accessed via a ladder. The level solarium area, on the long side of the pool, looks out over the same panorama as that seen from the covered veranda leading to the house. Paved in granite, it is equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Pets: Yes small size. € 50,00 per animal per week to be paid on site. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
