Villa Casale Silvia is located in Parrano, Umbria. This detached

independent accommodations - the main building and two annexes - rented
as a whole.

family W/C. From the dining room, a wooden staircase leads upstairs to
a second kitchen on the first floor with direct access to the garden.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with A/C and en suite
bathrooms with showers, and 1 twin bedroom with A/C and en suite
bathroom with shower.
The first annex has 2 A/C bedrooms with separate entrances. 1 twin
bedroom with A/C and an ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom
with A/C and ensuite bathroom with shower.
The second annex is a two-storey building with 2 A/C bedrooms with
separate entrances. On the lower floor, 1 double bedroom with A/C and
an ensuite bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor, a kitchenette and 1 double bedroom with A/C and
bathroom.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

Additional Information

The heating if needed is to be paid according to consumption in cash on
the spot at market prices.
The tax amount is set at 2 Euros per person for the whole stay after
the second night. Children under 14 years old are exempt from this tax.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
