This sensation is so strong that it seems that you can even smell the aroma of coffee accompanied by the inviting odor of a soft cake straight out of the oven of the owner, who is happy to receive the guests to whom he has left his corner of paradise.

Total comfort and relax are waiting for you in the outside location: open air lounges with divans and arm chairs in front of the spectacular painting of Val d’ Orcia.

The villa is surrounded by a large garden with aromatic herbs, lavender, rosmary, basil and wild flowers. A large portico with a dining table and chairs is the perfect area for al fresco eating and for fully enjoying the freedom of country life in front of a magnificent sunset, perhaps drinking a nice cool aperitive.
The swimming pool is very long like an ornamental lake and ideal for those who love swimming.

The villa has AC and mosquito screens.
You also have free access to the owners’ biological kitchen garden. This is a unique possibility: to be able to use healthy vegetables directly from the garden.

The property was in ruins when the owners bought it and they built the house according to their very personal style: a mixture of comfort and local architecture with artisan touches, like antique wooden oak floors, hand painted tiles.

All the inside furnishings have been created to assure you an elegant atmosphere, but at the same time cosy with every comfort.

A spectacular mixture of Tuscan tradition and modern comforts. Everything has been studied and realized for you, from the colors of the walls to the paintings; the smallest detail has been thought of to render your stay impossible to forget.

GROUND FLOOR
Entrance to a very big kitchen (stove, freezer fridge, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, American coffee machine, microwave oven, big fire palace with grill) in Tuscan style with all modern comforts.
A big wooden dining table, which is perfect for 12 people, is in front of a glass door within a wooden arch, which leads onto a 30 sqm patio with a wonderful view.

BALCONY
Reached by a narrow spiral staircase in cast iron; max 2 mts in hight and minimum 1,40 mt. It has a double French bed suitable for children.
Three steps above kitchen level there is a lounge room with fire place and billiard table and another three steps a small area leading to a double bedroom (possible twin beds) with private bathroom and shower. To the left of th kitchen, up three steps, there is small glassed in verandah: this a magical space in any season and it is a perfect setting for reading a book and perhaps sipping a good glass of Brunello wine and at the same time being outside and breathing the aromatic herbs of the garden. There is an entrance to a large sitting room with a big fire place, comfortable divans, a library with many books, stereo, tv with dvd. Next to the sitting room there is a small kitchen (oven,
fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven), a sitting room with tv and library, double bedroom (possible twin) with access to the outside and bathroom with double shower (210x75 cm).


FIRST FLOOR
Accessible from the inside and the outside via an external staircase.
Double bedroom with big round hydromassage tub (diam 175 cm) and a private bathroom with shower. Another private bedroom with double shower (150x90 cm).
Not accessible from the outside.
A fascinating double bedroom in warm tones the color of wheat and an antique iron bed; chest of drawers which, in the past, was used as a shop window. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable with two windows looking south. This bedroom has a bathroom with hydromassage. This is the only bedroom with a separate bathroom.
The villa is furnished in vintage style, certainly an original style, with unique pieces found in antique markets or in the grandmother’s cellar. The fascination of vintage houses is there are never two the same and they often tell the history of the people they belonged to.
