Casa Maria is one of seven villas available for holiday rental from La Nueva Villa Collection. The villa is located within a quiet area, homely furnished and comfortable. The villa is maintained and cleaned to the highest standard and well equipped. A true home from home. Perfectly situated in the Costa Papagayo area means a 15-minute stroll takes you to the blue flag Playa Dorada beach and centre of Playa Blanca with its wonderful seafront setting and a myriad of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. It’s a great place for walkers and cyclists alike. Car hire is not essential at our villa location so take the opportunity to leave the daily routine behind you and simply relax during your holiday. The villa was refurbished in 2020 and for 2022 now offers a Spa Hot Tub and High Speed Fibre Internet (500mbs).

Casa Maria has a lovely mature garden to relax in and a heated 7m x 3m pool. Perfect for those who wish to have total privacy within a calming environment both inside and outside the villa. We think it's perfect for older guests and their families seeking a memorable holiday experience. Guest satisfaction is our main priority and we ensure your stay with us is safe, comfortable and above all memorable.
