Ideal for beach lovers, this charming 2nd floor villa has been totally renovated and offers oceanfront views. 210 Shorewood is within an easy walking distance to Coligny Plaza, with more than 60 shops & restaurants and nightly entertainment.
As soon as you step foot into the villa, you are immediately fixated on the breathtaking ocean views! The updated kitchen is to the left of the foyer and has a breakfast counter with three bar stools, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and full size stacked washer and dryer. Just off the kitchen is the glass top dining table with four chairs and a bench, comfortably seating 6 guests. Beyond the dining area is the living room that has a sofa with queen sleeper bed, matching loveseat, two blue swivel chairs and 55" SMART TV. The living room has a sliding glass door that leads out to the private balcony that offers a table with four chairs, perfect for outdoor dining while listening to the waves.
The oceanfront master bedroom is the right of the foyer and offers a King bed, 32" SMART TV, sliding door onto the balcony and private bath with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen and Twin bed, 32" SMART TV with streaming capabilities only. This room has access to a full hall bath with shower/tub combo.
