The Space:
Step into luxury at our villa with 280sqm of living space on two levels in Saint-Saturnin-Les-Apt. The ground level features an entrance with a guest toilet, a cozy sitting room with a fireplace and Apple TV, a dining room with a table for 10 guests, and an open, fully-equipped kitchen. Direct access to the spacious covered terrace enhances the living experience. A storage room with a washing machine, dryer, and American fridge adds convenience. Experience the convenience of our Fiber internet connection at the villa. Whether you're streaming your favorite movies, handling business tasks, or staying in touch with friends and family, our fast and reliable internet is at your disposal.

The upper level offers a spacious common bathroom, a separate toilet, bedroom 1 with a double bed and views of the Luberon chain, and bedroom 2 with a double bed and a sofa bed. On the ground level, with separate entrances from the terrace, you'll find bedrooms 3 and 4, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet.

The guest house (studio) on the right side is completely separate, offering a spacious sitting room with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with washbasin and shower, and a separate toilet.

The 5,000 sqm enclosed domain with an automatic gate features beautifully landscaped gardens, various terraces, and a covered terrace near the living room with a large dining table and a gas BBQ. The private swimming pool (12mx5m) is secured by an automatic cover and heated by solar panels (mid-season). Parking for 4 cars is available.
