THE ATMOSPHERE
LEONIE, behind its traditional Basque villa style, will undoubtedly amaze you. With its very contemporary interior with clean very modern lines, it exudes a peaceful atmosphere. The garden, the terrace and the swimming pool will make you feel at home in LEONIE. Located between the lighthouse and the Golf of Biarritz and at 2 min from the beach of the little Chambre d'Amour of Anglet, you couldn't dream of a better location to enjoy your holidays.
THE VILLA
Its waxed concrete floor, high ceilings and many windows bring a magnificent luminosity to the main living room. The living room is simply but tastefully furnished. The arrangements are for the most part integrated into the walls and are an integral part of the decoration. Living room, dining room and kitchen create a large and very convivial space from which you can access the terraces, the garden and the swimming pool where you will enjoy relaxing. The kitchen is very long, fully equipped and extends into a large island block that allows you to have meals in small groups. The very large and pretty wooden table will be perfect to welcome your friends around a pleasant dinner.
THE BEDROOMS
From the beautiful staircase of the living room you reach the first floor which consists of three beautiful suites. The first master bedroom suite of this family house will impress you with its beautiful bathroom separated by a glass door and its very modern bathtub. From the window you can see the sea, so what could be more pleasant when you wake up? The other suites overlook the swimming pool and the garden, they each have a bathroom with Italian shower, pretty basins and WC. One of them is equipped with 2 twin beds which can be brought together or separated at your convenience. Storage space is available in all rooms.
In the annex there are also two double bedrooms which share a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a nice washbasin as well as a separate toilet.
HOW CONVENIENT
A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer is located on the ground floor. The private driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles and a large closed garage allows you to park a third car and to store your surfboards and other sports equipment.
WHAT WE LOVE
The driveway leading to LEONIE and its luxuriant vegetation will immediately give you the feeling of being on holiday. You will enjoy a pleasant garden and a lovely secure and heated swimming pool (from mid-May to mid-october) outside this incredible holiday rental in BIARRITZ. The many French windows in the living room will give you the impression of being outside while being inside.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
LÉONIE is located in a quiet residential area of Biarritz but only 10 minutes walk from the beach of the small Chambre d'Amour d'Anglet. You can easily reach the Lighthouse of Biarritz. Golf lovers will certainly appreciate the proximity to the Golf of Biarritz.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-7PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 7pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 7pm to 10 pm - €50
From 10 pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 am - €120
From 6am to 8am - 80€
