Sugar Beach Villa is located next to one of the only estuaries with a mangrove river inlet - perfect for kayaking, bone fishing or just floating on rafts as the tides change. Kayaks and snorkeling equipment are available to explore the infamous Tropic of Cancer Beach. Spear and fish the local catch, conch, or lobster right in front of the villa’s reef.
