This mansion is located within a secure gated community and has 2 covered parking spaces. Indoor environments are air-conditioned to create a wonderfully cozy atmosphere on warmer days. And if it's too hot and you do not want to stay indoors, just take a dip in the pool or go out to discover the beautiful Buzios beaches!

CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
Maid: 150 to 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepare meals.
