Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- Booking fee 51 €
- Inscription fee 5 €/person
- Final cleaning/key delivery 150 €
- Bed linen/towels 15 € / person / set (obligatory)
- Guarantee 200 € (will be refunded at departure)
- dog 20 €

+ included electricity till 100 kwh/week and water till 12 cbm/week (more consumption is to pay extra).

Between November till April the expenses for electricity, water, gas and internet are to pay fully extra.

The Space:
Lovely holiday home near the beach with private pool.

The house is on one level and has 1 livingroom (with air conditioning), kitchen (with dishwasher), dining room, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms.
Access from the dining room to a lovely terrace with table and chairs.
A gas-barbecue is available for the tenants.

There is a pretty little garden with a private pool, covered carport. Internet on order possible.

Getting Around:
The house is in a very good location - near the beach (300 m), restaurants, shops and bus connections are in the immediate vicinity.

Other Things to Note:
Families with children are prefered or couples over 25 years of age. No groups with singles.
Dog up to 10 kg and from 1 year possible.
