architect and painter who has made the dwelling unique in all its
spaces.
The furnished outdoor spaces feature wooden floors
and designer sun loungers. A shaded gazebo allows for outdoor dining, as
well as excellent barbecue grills.
The pool is in a special
location, taking advantage of the hillside and giving a splendid view of
the Urbino hillside landscape while comfortably enjoying the coolness.
Villa
dell`Arte is spread over several levels, separated by a few steps. The
rooms accommodate paintings or design furniture designed and made by the
owner for which he has received major international awards.
The
lounges and all rooms have large windows. In the rooms, the atmosphere
is cozy and elegant, full of comfort. All rooms are brightly lit,
equipped with mosquito nets and curtains.
On the ground floor
there is a large kitchen divided into several spaces. On the middle
floor is the living room with large windows, panoramic views, sofas and
TV.
The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms and
completed by 4 bathrooms, three of them with shower. One of the rooms is
located on the mezzanine floor and has an en suite shower room.

Villa
dell`Arte is a vacation villa with a large garden and beautiful
panoramic views, strategically located at the top of a hill, just 16 km
from Urbino and 20 km from the Riviera. On clear days you can glimpse
the sea on the horizon.
For golf lovers, there`s the beautiful
Riviera Golf in Cattolica just 20 km away. Just 2 km away is a water
park where you can spend fun days with the children.
The villa is not fenced, so pets are not allowed.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October. Extra opening pool with extra payment of euro 200, upon request.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Some bedrooms have no door, but are equally private because are separated by hallways and each located on a different level of the structure.
- The owner lives in the dependance with indipendent entrance.
