One of the many lounge spaces on the 150 m2 pool terraces overlooking the Adriatic sea and the Dalmatian archipelago. This particular lounge area for 10 is now shaded by a pergola.

Villa Sunset from the western side. In the meantime the parking area to the left, as well as the rooftop terrace are covered and shaded. The newly added pergola covers 2/3 of the rooftop terrace. The best view in town!

Sunset over villa sunset. Evenings are stunning, engulfing everything in various tones of orange, red, pink and blue.

The large sundeck by the pool with comfortable lounge chairs and unobstructed views over the Dalmatian sea and islands. As in any luxury hotel, beach towels and sunscreen are provided.

A perfect gathering place with outdoor shower in the background. This area is under a pergola and can be entirely shaded. The cooling northerly breezes gently brush over this area.

The gigantic pool terrace with large, covered, outdoor dining area for 10. At night the sparkling lights of the stars and the historic downtown of Split wink at you.

In front: tanning shelf of infinity-edge pool, lined entirely with sparkling and glowing mosaic tiles. In the background the south-facing living, dining and bedrooms, and the eastern wall.

In the meantime, 2/3 of the rooftop terrace are covered by a new pergola roof, finished with LED lighting, ceiling fans, panorama sauna and rooftop shower.
