EXTERIOR
This luxury farmhouse in the Alpilles is surrounded by a one-hectare olive grove, opening onto the magnificent view offered by this exceptional geographical location.

- A pleasant infinity pool (10x4m, depth from 0.40m to 1.80m) with safety cover, in service from April to the end of October) equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
- A large 200 m² terrace
- A superb pool house with a kitchenette (hob, crockery, fridge, oven, barbecue and garden furniture)

INTERIOR
With a surface area of 220 m², this Provençal farmhouse with a pool in the Alpilles is on two levels. It offers you all the luxury of Provence. Each room is very spacious and tastefully furnished.
GROUND FLOOR:
A 25 m² kitchen equipped with an American fridge, a 'LACANCHE' kitchen range, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a Krups Nespresso coffee maker and a toaster.
A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
A very cosy 50 m² living room with stone walls and traditional ceilings, with a fireplace and a TV with satellite channels.
2 independent toilets.
