Villa Alicia is a short ten minute walk from the fabulous beach of Cala Galdana. With its many beautiful family friendly beaches, the popular diving school and the marvellous selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, Villa Alicia is perfectly located for a relaxing and enjoyable summer holiday.
On the ground floor is a spacious living room with dining area, separate fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a wet room ideal for those less mobile*. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms both with private balcony and one with en-suite bathroom facilities. There is also a double bedroom and a decent family bathroom. The villa benefits from fully automated air conditioning systems to help keep you cool during the hot summer months.
Outside, the villas have been carefully constructed to give easy access from the downstairs living space to the covered terrace, with a small step to the beautiful pool area and sun terrace complete with table tennis for your enjoyment.
*Separate ramp access into the villa is available with a small lip from the terrace to pool area

Mobility Statement
This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide along with 4 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 81cm and other doors that access the pool area are 81cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 1m wide, the grounds are even and the pool has steps with no handrail to enter. There is 1 step down to the pool area but there is also ramp access available. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 81cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 81cm wide.
