Villa Elias is a modern house with outdoor pool and large garden with 100 Olive trees. There are numerous plants and palm trees surrounding the pool. Patio areas front and back. Both shaded and well furnished. The center of the house features a very large living area with Tv and couch area. Dining table nearer to the kitchen which is accessed by open archway. Two bedrooms in the main house whilst the third is accessed from the courtyard. This affords privacy and has its own en-suite. At one end of the house is Bedroom 1. It is a three room wing. The bedroom itself is large and bright with lots of closet space, chest of drawers, bedside lockers etc. There is a central room in this wing, same size as bedroom and can accommodate two adults or children if required. There is a utility room here with washing machine etc. and the large bathroom with bath, double sink and large shower is modern and spacious.
Bedroom 2 within the main house has closets and bedside lockers. Again it is bright and enjoys views of the garden. There is a toilet with sink adjacent to this room.
Bedroom 3 As mentioned above there is a courtyard entrance to this room with its own ensuite. Fully equipped and looking out on garden area.
This courtyard is furnished and faces south. The sun rises over Mt Dikaios and it is perfect for breakfast time. By mid-morning the sun begins to favor the pool side and the patio there with its roof shade is ideal for those wishing shade and to keep an eye on the kids in the pool. From this patio the views of the sea and surrounding islands are always breathtaking.
An addition to the Villa this summer was a Yurt. It can be seen in the photos section. It has been a huge success with guests, from teenagers to couples to family units as it can sleep four.
The secluded aspect of this Villa and the privacy it affords cannot be underestimated. The environs of the grounds are not visible to anyone outside the property. It truly can be described as the getaway holiday. And yet all the places you will want to visit are close by car.
