You will be staying in a 5-room villa spanning 179 square meters across two levels. The modern and tastefully furnished living and dining area measures 55 square meters, featuring an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), satellite TV, and air conditioning. This area leads out to the terrace and the swimming pool. Additionally, there is one room on the main level with a French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long), a shower/WC, and air conditioning.

The villa is well-equipped with amenities such as an open kitchen complete with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on the main level.
