This wonderful holiday home is ideal for a holiday with friends or family to spend a nice and relaxing time on the Adriatic coast.

The house is located in a small and quiet place Sveti Petar na Moru. The house is only about 200m from the beach, where you can unwind.

The house has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a nice dining area.
The outdoor area, a beautiful green garden, is completely fenced and has a Jacuzzi and a pool (8x4m and 1.5m depth). This pool can be heated or cooled and has a fountain under which one can ask for a pleasant massage. But you can also relax on one of the beach chairs under the parasol. Outside there is also a dining area and a barbecue. Here you can end the day with a good wine from the region. The entire house is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi access. The house has a private parking, where you can park 4 cars. Thus, you can spend a wonderful holiday in the Villa Dalmatia on the Adriatic coast.

The city of Zadar is close by and was voted the most popular European destination in 2016.
Many attractive amenities are just a short drive away, like the remains of Roman times; Forum, Fünf-Brunner-Platz, Church St. Donat with the Byzantine Rotunda - this is a landmark of the city of Zadar. As you leave the old town of Zadar, you will discover two modern waterfront attractions: the created Sea Organ and the "Greetings to the Sun". They are considered a tourist attraction and a popular place among the locals, where you can experience the most beautiful sunset just before dusk. We recommend trips to the national parks Krka, Kornati, Paklenica, Plitvice and Velebit as well as the Vrana Lake Nature Park, which will delight you with its beauty of flora and fauna. Fishing enthusiasts can fish for sea and freshwater fish by the sea and at Vrana Lake.
