The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 16 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The villa has 6 comfortable bedrooms, 5 including a double bed, and 1 including 3 double beds, The 2 bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The villa features central heating, a washing machine, a dryer, a dressing room, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products.
Note that the cleaning is included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 10 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 10 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 10€ per pet per night. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property. You can come with 6 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 10€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
