You'll enjoy going to the village, to its restaurant or Provençal market, just a 2-minute walk away. Cassis is difficult to get to by car, the house's proximity is a considerable advantage. Thanks to its seaside location, the villa enjoys the fresh air of the sea breezes during the hot summer months. You will have a front-row seat for the fireworks of July 14th and August 15th.

This villa is in a small shared property with a common garden, a swing set and a boules green, all for your enjoyment.

The beach and the sea offer numerous nautical activities: paddleboarding, scuba diving, windsurfing, sailing canoe-kayak, surfing, rowing, walks, and renting motorboats and fishing boats. You can also take a 3-minute walk to the charming Provençal market, held on Wednesday and Friday mornings. On Saturday mornings, there is a small organic market.
Hikes are organised by guides in Cassis to the Calanques Conservation Area, where you can practice climbing. You can reach the calanques on foot from the house. The calanques can also be visited by sea.
Furthermore, Cassis village has a tree-climbing park, tennis courts, a paddleboating area, and a large modern municipal pool, with a swimming area and shallow pools with water jets for young and old alike.
You can also discover the wines of Cassis, which you can taste in the surrounding estates.
The Fregate Golf Club, with is dazzling view of the sea, is a few kilometres away from the village.
