The house is easily accessible via an asphalted road at 550 m above sea level, you can enjoy views of the mountains, fruit and olive trees, the sea and the city of Malaga. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, a furnished living room with a comfortable sofa, bedrooms with high-quality mattresses (extra pillow available on request), a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a private garden with a terrace and a parking space for the car.
Note: Visitors are allowed during the day but must leave before 00:00 hours, overnight stays are not allowed.

• To safeguard our property and the well-being of our guests, individuals under 25 years of age may be subject to additional verification to clarify the intent of their stay.
• We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred.
• Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
• To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 23:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
