Description

The newly built villa is located in a quiet but not isolated area 300 meters from the sea. The closest beach is Torre Pali, on the Ionian coast and its position allows you to easily reach the other splendid beaches of the municipality of Salve which have been awarded the international blue flag recognition. It is possible to carry out fishing tourism activities, various boat excursions, cultural and naturalistic excursions, in addition, in July and August you can attend the numerous festivals organized in the neighboring countries with music and tasting of typical dishes.
Geographically it is located on the Ionian side along the coast road that goes from Torre Pali to Pescoluse, therefore the most famous tourist resorts are easily reachable. It is in fact about 15 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, 40 km from Gallipoli, 50 km from Otranto, 70 from Lecce.
The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people and consists of two bedrooms (one double and the other with two beds with the possibility of adding a third), kitchen / living room, veranda and two bathrooms (one inside and another outside) and large outdoor spaces.
It is equipped with washing machine, TV, mosquito nets, air conditioning, alarm and barbecue.
