You can spend moments of comfort and relaxation on the terrace, that gives unlimited and stunning views of the mountains and the sea, which is 5 minutes walk (400m) away from the mass tourism .
On the ground floor is available a studio- appartment, with autonomous entrance.
It is a 20 sq.m. space. It has one bedroom with kitchen, refrigerator and bathroom which can accommodate 3 persons (1 double bed, 1 single).
The whole villa is surrounded by green grass and a small yard.
