Charming and cozy house nestled in a valley with beautiful views and private pool, a few minutes from Bellagio.

Surrounded by an olive grove and enjoying views of the lake and surrounding mountains, the accommodation is a rural stone and wood house. The entrance opens onto the living area, furnished with a dining table, double sofa bed and a kitchen complete with dishwasher, juicer, oven and kettle. The upper floor features the bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

*In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car.

*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.

*The swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 1st of September.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among these treasures stands Bellagio, "The pearl of the Lario", a village of just over 3000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, in which the two branches of the Lake are divided.
Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.

The accommodation is 7 km from the centre of Bellagio. The nearest airports are Bergamo Orio al Serio and Malpensa, both 1 hour and 30 minutes by car.
