3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, chest of drawers, ground floor)

* Bathroom: 3 bathrooms (master), washing machine.

* Living room: There are 2 singles, 2 triples, air conditioning, television, coffee table, fireplace, table and chairs. (ground floor)

* There is a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, mixer, dinnerware, and kitchenware in our open kitchen. (ground floor)

Pool: There is a private swimming pool measuring 700 cm x 400 cm x 165 - 170 cm, 6 sun loungers, and 2 umbrellas.

Garden: Table and chairs, sitting group, swing,

* Damage deposit Damage, lost, broken, cast, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

*Water and electricity (weekly usage quota 200 kW) are included in the price. In case of excess electricity, the exceeded amount is requested.

* Minimum stay is 7 nights. Extra cleaning fees apply for stays of 3-5 nights outside of high season.

* Extra cleaning fee: 500 TL

* Check-in time is 16.00 and check-out time is 10.00 to our villa.
