Entrance: Upon entering the main door of the house, you will find the living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The first floor: Here you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From here you have access to the balcony, living room, dining room, and 1 bedroom. The decoration of Noric is luxurious with small details. The interior is light and has an authentic atmosphere. Noric offers splendid views of the Mediterranean Sea. Noric has a built surface of 345 square meters. You have access to a landscaped garden. You will find the pool in the front part of the chalet. You will reach the pool via a staircase down. Here you can enjoy the sun and the Spanish life. The play apparatus is a pleasant distraction for the little ones. This holiday home is very suitable for families with children due to its distance to the center. The hot tubs are not operational! Unfortunately, groups of young people (average age, less than or equal to 25 years) are not allowed in this holiday residence. Pets are not allowed in this villa.Additional features: Please check if youth groups (average age equal to or under 25 years) are allowed in this holiday residence, it may require a refundable security deposit of 1000€. Bed linen and towels are not included in this villa but can be rented. Bed linen costs 15 euros per person, towels 7.50 euros per person. They can be booked separately.
