Calm

The villa is located on the heights of a hill accessible by a path lined with a few prestigious villas and in a heavily wooded environment. Pines, holm oaks, cypresses are omnipresent. The villas are far from each other and guarantee calm and privacy.
Your nights will be guaranteed totally silent. Even the cicadas stop their music at dusk.
The vegetation and the distances between properties make it possible to have no opposite. This is particularly appreciated at the swimming pool and for meals and aperitifs.

Comfort

The entire apartment is decorated, furnished and arranged to provide the greatest comfort.
The major note lies in the surface of the housing. The living room is no less than 120 m2 in one piece, without partition walls. This gives an impression of luxury and tranquility. Indeed, several areas distribute this space: kitchen area, dining area, reading area, television area, billiard area, rest area.
Nothing is missing, whether in terms of household appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, gas fire, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, etc.), crockery and cookware or even glasses adapted to each type of drink.
The master bedroom has a 160 x 1.80m double bed, air conditioning and bedroom 2 has two 80 x 2m separable beds and a Dyson fan.
The rooms are well equipped with wardrobes, chests of drawers, dressing table etc.
The beds are comfortable and the beds are light duvets.
All windows have curtains, blackout blinds and mosquito nets.
The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a basin with large mirror, a towel dryer and a toilet.
The TV is a 55'' LG model with access to Netflix and Canal+. The apartment receives Internet via fiber.
The René Pierre pool table measures 2.60 x 1.40 m and will enhance your evenings whether you are young or old.

The patio separated from the accommodation by a large 3-leaf bay window is immediately accessible from the kitchen. A Weber electric barbecue is at your disposal. You will take meals and breakfast around a wrought iron table with 4 chairs, under a large tilting and adjustable parasol as well as a beautiful olive tree.
This patio surrounded by vegetation guarantees privacy and isolation.

Finally we must mention the swimming pool which, according to the holidaymakers we have welcomed for more than 6 years, is the most formidable element of this rental.
Facing south and benefiting from the sun all day, it is an infinity pool offering both a superb view of the cloud-cut olive trees and the mountains and guaranteeing absolute cleanliness of the water. Never leaves or insects on the surface of the water.
It is a pool of 11m by 5.50m and a constant depth of 1.40m. The floor and the walls are tiled with mosaic and the water treatment is with salt, eliminating odors and irritations due to chlorine.
The pool is big enough for swimming laps and shallow enough for ball games.
A solar shower, 4 sunbeds with mattresses and 3 parasols complete this equipment.

At the other end of the swimming pool, an arbor with armchairs, a bench seat and a wrought iron table provides another type of rest and a place to stroll around with a drink. Evenings with lights and night baths are a great success.

Discovery

Draguignan has the advantage of allowing exploration by radiating all around the city without traveling long distances.
Thus the seaside with its world famous resorts of St Tropez, Ste Maxime or St Raphaël are only 30 minutes away (1 hour by car depending on traffic). Cannes, Antibes Juan les Pins and Cap Ferrat are 1 hour away.
The hinterland offers a unique spectacle with the second largest canyon in the world: the Gorges du Verdon, a marvel of nature to visit absolutely 1 hour away.
Many perched and typical villages are everywhere around and deserve a visit.

Local Provençal-style markets delight tourists: Lorgues (Tuesday mornings), Aups, Salernes or Fréjus (Sunday mornings) along the sea.
Nature is beautiful and varied between the Maures or the Estérel, or the coastal paths, or simply green Provence and all hiking enthusiasts will be delighted.

It is impossible to ignore the gastronomy and all the restaurants that animate our beautiful region as well as the many vintages of classified wines produced in the Var.
