The villa’s interior is both elegant and functional. The entrance leads to a spacious living area with a dining table, comfortable sofa, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping quarters consist of three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and television, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A second bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

The property’s standout feature is its private wellness area, which includes a sauna and a hot tub nestled under an outdoor pergola, offering a perfect place to unwind. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and a private outdoor parking space within the property.

The swimming pool is available for guests from May 1st to September 30th. Please note that a final cleaning fee of EUR 170 is required, while there is no security deposit. A tourist tax may also be applicable upon or before arrival, depending on local regulations, and reservation details are available in the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
