5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Istanbul Villa 1001.

Istanbul Villa 1001, built in a modern style with a private pool and sea view, in Şile, the pearl of Istanbul, with a large garden and private parking lot, is 6 km from the center of Şile, 4 km from the sea and 1.5 km from the nearest market.
Our villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and a capacity of 8 people, and everything is designed for the comfort of our guests.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning and bathroom-WC.

2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom, WC and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bathroom, toilet and air conditioning.

4. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony, bathroom, toilet and air conditioning.

Living Room: There is a sitting group, a dining table, a TV, an exit from the living room to the pool, and a shared bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in set, microwave oven, kettle, dinner set for 8 people, and all kitchen utensils are sufficient.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool in the garden measuring 7 x 3 meters, measuring 21 m2 and 1.50 meters deep.

Free Services: Reception, electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, one spare sheet and towel per person.

Paid Services: Airport transfers, daily cleaning upon request, daily tours, car rental.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 4,000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance and if no damage is done to the house, the fee is refunded on the check-out date.
