Villa with 3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom, parking and free Wifi, with mountain view and private pool. The property is located in a very quiet area just 1.5 km from the city center. The Villa is also equipped with a comfortable dependance complete with table, chairs, kitchenette and fridge. You will also find a fantastic barbecue for your grills and a beautiful private swimming pool surrounded by a wonderful garden composed of exotic palms, lawn and Mediterranean plants.

The Villa Minoa is a really comfortable structure for families and for groups of up to 9 or 11 people wanting to take advantage of the annex. The outdoor swimming pool will allow you to spend moments of absolute tranquility and relaxation, as we have arranged to have comfortable loungers around you. The villa inside is equipped with three air conditioners: one in the living room and one in each double bedroom. The bathroom is very large and spacious with every comfort and a shower cubicle. The two double bedrooms are both equipped with an additional portable bed but if necessary we can provide additional beds in the annex or living room.
