The property also includes a very spacious 1B/1B guesthouse. The guesthouse features; a king size bed, one queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and a full size sleeper love seat sofa with a memory foam mattress. The guesthouse also features an en suite bathroom. There is also a brand new theater room with a projector and kitchenette. This home is an entertainer's paradise with its large kitchen and a screened-in lanai that leads to the pool area with a cabana house equipped with a wet bar and full bathroom. THE POOL IS HEATED!
