The grandiose villa Donima extends over 4 floors and 500 square meters. It can host up to a maximum of 12 guests in its 5 spacious bedrooms. Four bedrooms have a king size bed and the fifth has two single beds. Two additional beds on the sofa beds can accommodate one or two additional people. Due to the specific terrain, the villa was built in a cascade and it looks magnificent. On the first level there is a side entrance and a garage for 5 cars. On the second level there is one bedroom, a bathroom with a sauna, a gym and a room with a washing machine and dryer. The main entrance to the residence is located on the third level. There is also a spacious living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a luxurious living room. The living area offers access to a terrace with a barbecue, with a spectacular view. The indoor pool and bathroom are also located on this level. The last, fourth level contains four bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins and bathroom accessories, while the large bathroom on the fourth level also has a bathtub.
