With several open spaces on each floor, this is an ideal holiday home with a fully equipped American kitchen and outdoor living and dining areas which are a patio, a top-floor terrace, two balconies, and a private garden. The villa also makes a great work environment for professionals, with wifi inside.

The villa has five bedrooms, 4 of them directly looking over the Aegean Sea with outstanding views. There is a bathroom on each floor and one en-suite bathroom in the second-floor bedroom. Our villa has a fully working dishwasher and a washing machine. Also, an outdoor shower for your convenience.

The villa is 45 mins away from Adnan Menderes Airport and 1 hour away from İzmir city centre. We can provide transfer to villa from within İzmir.
