This space opens onto a large outdoor terrace, carefully laid out to make the most of the fine weather: a large table for sharing meals al fresco, a cosy outdoor lounge for relaxing and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen.
This level also houses a sumptuous master bedroom with television, dressing room and full bathroom with shower and bath.
A second bedroom, equipped with a double bed and private shower room, also offers access to a charming mezzanine.

Lower level:
You'll love the space dedicated to relaxation and well-being. The private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, invites you to relax in a sunny, intimate setting. A fully equipped gym keeps you active, while a practical shower room completes this space ideal for making the most of your days by the water.

Upper level:
Two comfortable bedrooms, perfect for welcoming family or friends, plus a shower room with WC.
