It is located in the residential area of Monte Lemos, only a few minutes’ walk into the village and beach.

The three bedrooms are all located on the ground floor.
The bright &breezy, spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes and full en-suite shower room.
The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning units.
There is a further family bathroom on the ground floor.

Upstairs you will find the comfortably furnished open-plan lounge/diner with ceiling fan. A flatscreen TV provides UK + PT channels; wi-fi is also available.
French windows open out onto an East facing balcony with table and chairs for al-fresco dining.

The good sized, modern kitchen is very well equipped with fridge-freezer, oven + hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, food processor, juicer, among other appliances.
The kitchen opens out onto a West facing balcony which also provides table and chairs.
There is a further cloakroom on this floor.

On the pool terrace you will also find a built-in charcoal BBQ and outside seating. Pool heating is available at an extra charge of é150 euros per week.
All the outside areas have good lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the daytime.

Casa Rosa Floresta is fortunate enough to be within walking distance of many amenities, but just far enough from the centre of Luz to enjoy a little extra peace and quiet whilst away on holiday.

The entire villa and all its facilities are completely private and for the exclusive use of its guests.
