VILLA PICI - SAN GIMIGNANO AREA
Located in the heart of the Tuscan hills halfway between Florence and Siena, Villa Pici is a lovingly restored villa featuring a private swimming pool and extensive gardens. Perfect for a family or friends’ holiday, the villa is also an ideal venue for weddings or events. Conveniently situated just 7 km from the medieval village of Certaldo, where you can find the nearest shops and supermarkets, it is also within easy driving distance of the splendid art towns of Florence and Siena by car.
Villa Pici (600 sqm) develops over three levels (ground and first floor). The villa features large lounge and dining areas, a well-equipped, modern kitchen and nine comfortable bedrooms furnished in the Renaissance style.
On the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom (with double bed) and a bathroom (with shower).
The first floor consists of an entrance hall that leads to seven bedrooms. Among them two feature double beds, while the remaining five offer twin beds that can be combined to create a double on request. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom - six with showers and one with a hydromassage tub.
In the turret on the second floor, there is another double bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (with shower). Additionally, two small terraces, one attached to the bedroom, offer captivating views of the Chianti hills.
Outside, the villa features a spacious garden with furnished terraces, outdoor eating areas, barbecue facilities, and a heated swimming pool measuring 18 x 4m (open from April to October, heated up to 29 degrees). The pool area is complemented by a sun terrace, gazebo, and comfortable sun loungers. A generous private parking area is also available on-site.
