There is a large rear terrace with views of Lion Mountain and the surrounding area. This is accessed through the lounge via full length patio doors which can be folded to make a large opening to bring the outside in!! The terrace offers a rattan suite and rattan table and chairs with wind out awning. Additionally, there is a large roof terrace with views towards the Mar Menor and a small front terrace. Sun or shade can be found at all times of the year. There are two sun lounger chairs and two sun beds which can be used on any of the terraces.

At the front of the villa is a laundry cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The property is fully air conditioned, and the units provide heating in the winter. There is a log burning stove in the lounge and a built in BBQ on the rear terrace.

There is a large flat screen tv and surround sound system. The resorts Club tv provides a range of British tv channels. High speed fibre optic broadband is provided free of charge.
