Villa la Verde is a delightful villa neslted in the greenery, and located just 3 km from the Umbrian village of Pietralunga, the "city of truffles".
Surrounded by a private fenced garden with lawn and several plants, the property boasts a panoramic terrace from which you can admire the wonderful valley. The terrace features a deck chiar and a dining table, ideal for having alfresco lunches/meals while enjoying the surrounding landscape.
At a lower level of the garden there is a beautiful pool with a rounded shape (8 x 6 m, depth 150 cm), open from May to October, and equipped with sunbeds.
At guests' disposal also a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, and a private uncovered parking for 4 cars.

Internal Description

Villa la Verde is set on one single level, on the ground floor, and can accommodate up to 6 people, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Internet Wifi is included. Pets are allowed upon request.

You are welcomed by an open-space living area, furnished with: a double sofa bed, tv, fireplace, a dining table for 6 people, and a small kitchen (with stove, oven, and refrigerator).
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms. Lastly you will find a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); extra cleaning (20.00€ per hour); extra linen change (20.00€ per person). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
