The double living room offers comfortable sofas, period furniture, a plasma TV with Satellite, and French doors opening onto the terrace, offering a beautiful lake view. The well-equipped kitchen includes a five-burner stove, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and espresso machine. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower.
