The three-bedroom villa is fully equipped to host up to 6 people. It has 2 specious bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds, 2 comfortable bathrooms with shower, washing machine, a beautiful well equipped kitchen with peninsula and a living room with TV, sofa, large windows to ensure a magnificent view of the pool. Outside you find a porch with sunbeds and outdoor furniture, a swimming pool, barbecue, large private garden of approximately 800 meters and 2 parking lots.
1 pet allowed on request. The extra is 50 euro per week to be paid on site.
Check-in from 15:00 to 18:00
What is not included in the price:
- Tourist tax of 10 euros per apartment per week.
- Deposit of 300 euros to pay in cash on arrival
In April the pool will be closed.
It will instead be open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

As per the island's regulations, we are unable to prevent private property owners from carrying out renovation or construction work on their homes, which may occur near the property you have booked. This may result in potential disturbances during your stay, for which we cannot be held responsible. We appreciate your understanding.
