Villa Aurelia is a modern property with private pool, located near Marsala, featuring spacious and well-kept outdoor areas and interiors spaces. The location is ideal for exploring the charming surrounding area. The beaches and the historical centre of Marsala, the salt pans and the Stagnone lagoon with the island of Mothia, Trapani, Erice, Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro nature reserve are all a few kilometres away.
The nearest beach is rocky and can be found at just 1 km from the house with restaurants, shops, weekly markets at 2-3 km distance.
The property is composed of a main house and an annex.
MAIN HOUSE
On the ground floor, we have a large and bright living room with fireplace, sofas, and dining area; a kitchen with another dining table; a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath tub. There is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
From the living room, a staircase leads up to the first floor where we find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom with shower. On this floor there is also a terrace.
ANNEX
Developing on one floor, it houses a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and sitting area.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating.
Outside, the villa offers sunny terraces with tables and chairs located at the front and back of the house, a beautiful decked pool area private swimming pool (10x5m; 1.4m deep; open from April 1 to October 31; pool opening outside these dates at extra charge of €600 per week) with sun lounges and a well maintained 3000 square meters garden with lawn, trees and a hammock.
