The kitchen is well-appointed with five hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, a dining table, a hand basin, and a separate toilet. From the kitchen, you can access the garden and the patio area. An additional separate toilet is available on this floor. The entire first floor benefits from heating and air conditioning systems.
