Villa Harsha is a spacious and well equipped 3BR villa with a private pool in a peaceful and quiet place in Ayia Thekla.
The villa is a 7 minutes drive from Sirens Beach and only within a short drive (11 minutes) from buzzing Ayia Napa.
As you enter the villa, there is a spacious open plan living area which leads out to the swimming pool. In the living area you will find a large dining table that can sit all the guests staying at the property. Right next to it you will find sofas and a flat screen TV /The villa can boast about its fully-equipped kitchen that offers everything from a full-size stove and oven, washing machine, cookware, tableware, utensils and even a dish washing machine so that you won’t have to wash anything. Who wants to wash the plates anyway while they are on holidays? Cook like home away from home!
There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms in the villa. In the master bedroom you will find a double bed and a large wardrobe. In the the second bedroom you will find two single beds and a wardrobe. In bedroom number three, you will find also two single beds and a wardrobe. All bedrooms have split type air conditioners (heating / cooling) for extra comfort.

GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.
FAMILIES ONLY VILLA, please note that our property is exclusively reserved for families, and we kindly request that only families make reservations.
To maintain the serene atmosphere and provide a safe space for children and parents alike, we regretfully inform you that reservations from non-family groups will be canceled. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out before making a reservation.
THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.
PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!
EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.
• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.
• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair
• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.
